Glutamine
L-glutamine is one of the most abundant amino acids in the body, and part of every protein. Supplements usually sell it as a tasteless powder that is easy to add to water or a protein shake.
Glutamine has no authorised effect claims in the EU. Compare the price per 100 g, and remember glutamine has nothing to do with gluten.
