The fine print
When exactly do fitcoins appear?
Once the order is marked delivered. Until then they show as pending in your account and cannot be converted.
What happens if I return an order?
Fitcoins earned on the returned items are withdrawn. If you already spent them, the refund is reduced by the coupon value — never below zero.
Do fitcoins expire?
Only if 6 months pass without an order: then the whole balance expires. We write twice before that, 30 and 7 days ahead.
Can I get fitcoins for an order I placed as a guest?
Write to us within 14 days with the order number and the same email address, and we will attach the order to your account.
Can I transfer fitcoins or cash them out?
No. Fitcoins are tied to your account and can only be converted into a coupon for this shop. They have no cash value.
