Terms of sale
How ordering, payment, delivery, returns and complaints work at myfitbar.ee. In force from 15 October 2026.
1. Seller and scope
The online shop myfitbar.ee is owned and run by Fitbar Nutrition OÜ (registry code 17517078, VAT number EE102990898, registered address and office Rävala pst 6, 10143 Tallinn, info@myfitbar.ee, +372 5482 9261). These terms apply to every sales contract between the seller and a buyer through the shop. Consumers are additionally protected by the mandatory provisions of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and Consumer Protection Act, and consumers in Finland by the mandatory rules of Finnish consumer law. Orders may be placed by persons aged 18 or over.
2. Ordering and the contract
The buyer adds goods to the cart, enters contact details and a delivery address, chooses a payment method and confirms the order. Before confirmation a summary is shown: goods, quantities, delivery price and total. The contract is concluded when the payment reaches the seller. An order confirmation is sent by email; if it has not arrived within an hour, check the spam folder and write to us. If an item turns out to be out of stock after payment, the seller informs the buyer within one working day and, at the buyer's choice, replaces the item, waits for it or refunds it.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate in force in Estonia. The unit price (€/kg, €/l) is given for comparison. The delivery cost is added to the order total and shown before payment. The price in force when the order is confirmed is final; later price changes do not affect the order. In the event of an obvious technical pricing error the seller may decline to fulfil the order, telling the buyer and refunding the payment.
4. Payment
You can pay by bank link (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank) or by Visa and Mastercard card, including through Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are taken by the payment service provider Montonio Finance OÜ; card and bank account details never reach the seller and are not stored by it. Part of the order total, up to 50 %, can be paid with a coupon obtained for fitcoins.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered by UPS courier to Estonia and Finland from the seller's partner warehouse in the European Union. Delivery costs €7.99 and is free for orders from €79. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days from dispatch; the time is not guaranteed. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to a consumer buyer when the goods are handed over. If a parcel arrives damaged, the buyer informs the seller within a reasonable time, preferably within two working days, with photographs.
6. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by sending the seller a notice by email in free form or on the model form. The goods are returned within 14 days of the notice, unopened and in the original packaging, to the address the seller gives in its reply. The direct cost of the return is borne by the consumer. The seller refunds the price of the goods and the delivery cost at the cheapest delivery option offered no later than 14 days after receiving the notice, by the same payment method; the seller may hold the refund until the goods are back or their dispatch has been shown. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is needed to inspect them.
7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to food supplements, sports nutrition, drinks and other foods in sealed packaging once the packaging has been opened after delivery, as such goods are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons (Law of Obligations Act, § 53 (4) 4¹)), nor to perishable goods and goods that expire rapidly (§ 53 (4) 4)).
8. Defects and complaints
A consumer may make a claim about a defect within two years of receiving the goods, notifying the seller within two months of discovering it. During the first year a defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless that is incompatible with the nature of the goods or of the defect. A complaint is sent to info@myfitbar.ee with the order number, a description and photographs. The seller answers within 15 days at the latest. In the case of a defect the buyer may demand replacement or, where that is impossible or disproportionate, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund. The cost of returning defective goods is borne by the seller. A best-before date printed on the pack is not a defect unless it had passed by the time of delivery.
9. Food supplements
Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. They are taken as recommended on the pack and the stated daily dose is not exceeded. Composition, warnings and the maker's recommendations are shown on the product page as on the label; where they differ, the label prevails. Products containing caffeine are not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Anyone with a chronic condition, who is pregnant or who takes medicines should consult a doctor before taking supplements. Information on the site is not medical advice.
10. Account and sign-in
You sign in to your account with a one-time code sent to your email or with a Google account; no password is used. The buyer is responsible for access to their email. The account can be deleted in the account area; order data the law requires us to keep is retained.
11. The Fitcoins loyalty programme
A paid and shipped order earns fitcoins: 5 fitcoins per euro of goods after discounts and excluding delivery, 1 fitcoin = 1 cent. An order whose goods come to €99 or more earns at ×2; a line re-bought before the previous pack has run out by the label's dose also earns at ×2 (the multipliers do not compound). The buyer's tier multiplier (up to ×1.5) applies on top. Coins are also given for signing up, verified reviews, buying a set from a product page and on the birthday given in the profile. Fitcoins convert into a coupon (100 fitcoins = €1) that can pay up to 50 % of an order. The whole balance expires after 6 months without a paid order; the seller gives notice by email 30 and 7 days before. Fitcoins are not a means of payment, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to others. When goods are returned, the coins earned on them are deducted. The seller may change the programme's terms by announcing it on the site, and may cancel coins obtained in breach of the rules.
12. Reviews
A buyer may leave a review of a purchased product. Reviews are moderated: the seller does not publish reviews containing abuse, advertising, third parties' personal data or claims that a product treats or cures. A review is published under the name its author gave. By leaving a review the buyer allows the seller to publish and translate it on the site free of charge.
13. Liability
The seller is liable to consumers as provided by law. The seller is not liable for the consequences of using goods contrary to the maker's recommendations, for delivery delays for reasons beyond the seller's control, or for temporary unavailability of the site. This does not limit the consumer's rights under mandatory law.
14. Personal data
Personal data is processed to perform the contract and in accordance with the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Disputes and governing law
The parties try to settle disagreements by negotiation; requests go to info@myfitbar.ee. A consumer living in Estonia may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, ttja.ee); a consumer in Finland to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Either party may also go to court. Estonian law applies; for a consumer this does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of their country of residence.
16. Changes to the terms
The seller may change these terms. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was confirmed. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
