UPS courier to your door in Estonia and Finland: €7.99, free from €79, usually 3–5 working days.
Where and how
We deliver to Estonia and Finland by UPS courier to a home or work address. The courier comes on working days during the day and may call or text before arriving, so add a working phone number to your order. We do not deliver to parcel lockers yet.
What it costs
Courier delivery costs €7.99 per order. If the goods in your order come to €79 or more, delivery is free. The delivery price is shown in the cart and in the order summary before payment; nothing is paid on receipt. The courier takes parcels up to 20 kg; if your order is heavier, write to us before ordering and we will arrange shipping in several parcels.
From where and how fast
Orders ship from our partner's warehouse in the European Union (Poland). An order paid on a working day before 14:00 is handed to the warehouse the same day, a later one on the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate: around public holidays and in the carrier's peak season it can take longer.
Tracking
When the parcel is handed to the courier service we email you the tracking number and a UPS link. The order status is also visible in your account. If the parcel has not arrived within 7 working days and is not moving in tracking, write to us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
If an item is out of stock
Stock on the site is refreshed from the warehouse several times a day, but rarely an ordered item has just run out. We then write to you within one working day and offer to wait, to replace the item or to refund it.
Damaged parcel
If the packaging arrives damaged or an item inside is broken, photograph the parcel and write to info@myfitbar.ee within two working days with your order number. We replace the item or refund it; the return shipping is on us in that case.
Can I choose a delivery time?
The courier does not book an exact time but usually calls or texts before arriving. Through the UPS tracking link you can move the delivery to another day.
Do you ship to other countries?
Only to Estonia and Finland for now. If you need delivery to another EU country, write to us and we will see what we can arrange.
Do I have to be at home?
The courier hands the parcel over in person. If you are out, they leave a note and try again, or you can pick a UPS access point through the tracking link.
