Iron
Iron is sold as bisglycinate (usually gentler on the stomach), fumarate and sulphate, often with vitamin C, which under an EU-authorised claim increases iron absorption. The label states the amount of iron itself.
Iron's claims show on a product from 2.1 mg a day. High doses of iron are not worth taking without a confirmed shortage. Keep iron out of reach of children.
