Zinc & ZMA
Zinc is sold as gluconate, citrate, picolinate, bisglycinate and other forms; the label states the amount of zinc itself. ZMA is a combination of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6, usually as evening capsules.
Zinc has a long list of authorised claims in the EU; they show on a product from 1.5 mg a day. The adult upper limit is 25 mg of zinc a day from all sources, multivitamins included.
