What matters in omega-3 is not the weight of oil in the capsule but the amount of EPA and DHA. Ordinary fish oil holds about 300 mg per 1000 mg of oil, concentrates up to 900 mg. Krill oil gives less EPA and DHA per capsule; algal oil suits vegans.
