Snacks & food
This section holds food for people watching protein and sugar: protein bars and cookies, ready protein drinks, nut butters, porridge and pancake mixes, sugar-free sauces and syrups.
The cards show protein, sugar and calories per serving, so products are easy to compare. Sweeteners and polyols are listed in the ingredients; products high in polyols carry the mandatory laxative warning.
