Sauces & syrups
Low-calorie sauces and syrups use sweeteners instead of sugar, so a serving often gives just a few kilocalories. The section holds syrups for coffee and desserts, ketchups, salad and barbecue sauces.
Check the calories and the sweeteners in the ingredients: sucralose, stevia, erythritol and others. Products high in polyols carry the mandatory laxative warning.
