B vitamins
This section holds B-complexes and single B vitamins: B12 (cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin), B6, folate (folic acid, methylfolate), biotin and others. B12 occurs in meaningful amounts only in animal foods, so it is often chosen by vegans.
Each B vitamin has its own authorised claims in the EU; they show on a product when the dose is at least 15 % of the reference intake. High doses of B6 are not advised long-term — watch the total.

Why is my urine yellow after a B-complex?
That is riboflavin (B2), harmless.
Folic acid or methylfolate?
Different forms of folate; doses are given in micrograms.
Do vegans need B12?
A supplement or fortified foods are usually advised, as B12 is found mainly in animal foods.
