Osavi MethylFolate & Methyl-B12 is a food supplement in the form of a hard capsule. One capsule contains 400 µg of folic acid as Quatrefolic®, 100 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and 2.8 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.
The pack holds 120 vegan capsules. The recipe is short: besides the active ingredients, it contains inulin, rice fibre and a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose shell.
