Osavi Norwegian Cod Liver Oil Kids is a liquid food supplement made from the liver of wild Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua). The fish comes from sustainable fishing and the product is made in Norway.
One serving, half a teaspoon (2.5 ml), contains 500 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 175 mg is EPA and 225 mg is DHA. It also provides 125 µg of vitamin A as retinyl palmitate. The flavour is Lemon, and the bottle holds 250 ml.
