Allnutrition Omega 3, K2+D3 is a food supplement in softgel form. One softgel contains 1000 mg of fish oil, of which 180 mg is EPA and 120 mg is DHA.
Each softgel also provides 100 µg of vitamin K and 50 µg of vitamin D. The vitamin K is menaquinone obtained with Bacillus subtilis natto, and the vitamin D is cholecalciferol. The pack holds 30 softgels.

One softgel contains fish oil 1000 mg (including EPA 180 mg and DHA 120 mg), vitamin K 100 µg and vitamin D 50 µg. Vitamin K is menaquinone obtained with Bacillus subtilis natto; vitamin D is cholecalciferol. Capsule shell: gelatine, humectant: glycerol.

Usage
Take 1 softgel daily with 250 ml of water.
