One serving of 2 capsules provides 500 mg of glutathione, 250 mg of milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum, standardised to 80% silymarin) and 55 mcg of selenium. The pack holds 60 vegetarian capsules, or 30 servings.

Ingredients
Two capsules contain selenium (as L-selenomethionine) 55 mcg, glutathione (reduced form, Setria®) 500 mg and milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum, standardised to 80% silymarin) 250 mg. Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Usage
Take 2 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a nutritionally informed physician.
