BetterYou Magnesium Oil Joint Spray - 100 ml. is a food supplement spray applied to the skin. It contains a magnesium chloride solution, glucosamine and menthol. 10 sprays provide 100 mg of elemental magnesium.
The magnesium chloride comes from Zechstein deposits in northern Holland. The bottle holds 600 sprays, which is 60 servings of 10 sprays. It is made in Britain and is not tested on animals.
- Applied to the skin
The spray goes directly onto the skin and is massaged in. It can be used on the body where you choose, avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
- Magnesium and glucosamine
One serving, 10 sprays, provides 100 mg of elemental magnesium. Glucosamine is also in the formula.

Ingredients
Elemental magnesium 100 mg and glucosamine (per 10 sprays). Other ingredients: aqua (water), magnesium chloride, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, acetyl glucosamine, propylene glycol, menthol, eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, limonene. According to the manufacturer, the glucosamine comes from fish and crustaceans.

Usage
Spray onto the skin and massage in well. It is best applied to clean skin, for example after a shower. A serving is 10 sprays. Spray over the joints and muscles and reapply when needed. Avoid the eyes and other delicate areas. A slight tingling may be felt on first use, which the manufacturer says passes with regular use. The skin can be towelled off after massaging in.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For external use only. Contains fish and crustaceans (glucosamine) and essential oils. Suitable from 12 years of age.
