It also contains 250 mg of Aquamin®, minerals derived from the seaweed Lithothamnium spp., and 80 mg of calcium from it. The capsule shell is cellulose.

Ingredients
Each capsule contains: calcium (from Aquamin®) 80 mg; UC-II® standardized chicken cartilage 40 mg (providing 10 mg total collagen, including undenatured type II collagen); Aquamin® (seaweed-derived minerals, Lithothamnium spp., whole plant) 250 mg. Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch (non-GMO), potassium chloride (stabilizer), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
