Osavi Multivitamins & Minerals One Daily is a food supplement in a hard capsule. Each capsule contains 12 vitamins and 8 minerals, plus plant carotenoids (lycopene from tomato, lutein and zeaxanthin from marigold) and proanthocyanidins from grape seed.
The formula also includes BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract. It contains no iron. The pack holds 180 capsules, which is 180 servings at one capsule a day.

The recommended dose is 1 capsule in the morning after a meal, so you do not need to manage several tablets.

These include vitamin C 120 mg, vitamin B12 100 µg, folic acid 400 µg, zinc 10 mg and iodine 150 µg per serving.
