RYSE Loaded Pre is a pre-workout in powder form. The 438 g pack holds 30 servings of 14 g each.
Each serving contains 4500 mg of L-citrulline, 3500 mg of beta alanine and 500 mg of VitaCholine® (choline bitartrate). Caffeine comes from two sources: 300 mg of caffeine anhydrous and 120 mg of delayed release caffeine microspheres (ZumXR™). The formula also includes theobromine, L-theanine, vincamine (Thinkamine™) and the electrolytes sodium and potassium.
