Rule One Men's Multi is a multivitamin for men in tablet form (90 tablets). One serving is 3 tablets, and a pack holds 30 servings.
It contains vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C 500 mg, vitamin D 37.5 µg, zinc 15 mg and selenium 200 µg. It also includes amino acids (BCAA blend 500 mg, L-glutamine 200 mg, L-tyrosine 150 mg), a berry powder blend, an enzyme blend, ginkgo and ginseng powder, green and black tea leaf powder and a carotenoid complex.
- Wide range of vitamins and minerals
The formula covers vitamins A, C, D, E and K, the B vitamins (including biotin 300 µg and folate 667 µg DFE) and minerals such as iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium and molybdenum.
- Amino acids in the same tablet
Each serving has 500 mg of BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), 200 mg of L-glutamine and 150 mg of L-tyrosine.
- Plant powders and a berry blend
The berry blend (140 mg in total) uses blueberry, raspberry, blackberry and elderberry. Also included are black currant, pomegranate, apple, grape seed extract, ginkgo and ginseng (60 mg each), and green and black tea (50 mg each).

The formula also has alpha lipoic acid 30 mg, boron 5 mg, an enzyme blend 100 mg (papain, bromelain), a carotenoid complex 1.15 mg, astaxanthin 10 µg and Bioperine black pepper extract 5 mg.
