Swanson Leg Vein Essentials, Delayed Release is a food supplement in vegan capsules. The pack holds 60 capsules. Each capsule contains 60 mg of vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) and seven standardized plant ingredients.
These are extracts of horse chestnut seed, butcher's broom root, gotu kola root, stem and leaf, bilberry fruit, grape seed, and hawthorn flower and leaf, together with hesperidin bioflavonoid from citrus pericarp. The capsule is a DRcaps® type with an acid-resistant matrix.

Vitamin C, horse chestnut, butcher's broom, gotu kola, hesperidin, bilberry, grape seed and hawthorn are all in a single serving.
- Standardized extracts
Horse chestnut is standardized to a minimum of 20% aescin, grape seed to a minimum of 95% proanthocyanidins and bilberry to a minimum of 25% anthocyanins. The hesperidin bioflavonoid is standardized to 40% hesperidin.
- Acid-resistant DRcaps® capsule
The capsule matrix resists acid and is designed to pass through the stomach before the ingredients are released.

Each capsule contains: vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) 60 mg; horse chestnut extract (Aesculus hippocastanum) (seed) 200 mg, standardized to a minimum of 20% aescin; butcher's broom extract (Ruscus aculeatus) (root) 75 mg, 10% saponins calculated as ruscogenin; gotu kola extract (Centella asiatica) (root, stem and leaf) 50 mg, 10% asiaticosides; hesperidin bioflavonoid (Citrus spp.) (pericarp) 50 mg, standardized to 40% hesperidin; bilberry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus) (fruit) 10 mg, standardized to a minimum of 25% anthocyanins; grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera) (seed) 10 mg, standardized to a minimum of 95% proanthocyanidins; hawthorn extract (Cratageus spp.) (flower and leaf) 10 mg, standardized to a minimum of 1.8% vitexin-2"-O-rhamnoside. Usage
For adults: take one capsule with water during your morning meal and one capsule during your evening meal. That is two capsules a day.
