Cytoplan Pregna-Plan is a vegan food supplement in tablet form, combining vitamins, minerals and plant extracts. The pack holds 60 tablets, or 30 servings.
One serving is 2 tablets. Iron, zinc and magnesium are in bisglycinate form, folic acid is in the 5-MTHF form and vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin. The formula also contains blueberry extract, ginger root extract and lutein.
- Broad composition
Each serving holds 25 vitamins, minerals and plant ingredients, including iodine 150 µg, selenium 150 µg and chromium 150 µg.
- Folic acid as 5-MTHF
A serving has 400 µg of folic acid, added as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium.
- Bisglycinate forms
Iron (15 mg), magnesium (125 mg) and zinc (10 mg) are included as bisglycinates.
- Plant ingredients
Blueberry extract 50 mg, ginger root extract 100 mg and lutein 3 mg. The ginger extract provides 5% gingerols.
- Beta carotene, no added vitamin A
A serving contains 3 mg of beta carotene; vitamin A is not added directly.
