RYSE Hydration Sticks is a food supplement in single-serve sticks. One serving is 6.5 g and a pack holds 16 servings. It contains all six electrolytes: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, chloride, sodium and potassium.
It also contains vitamin C, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, choline, taurine, coconut fruit water powder and the plant root extract AstraGin®. It comes in Blue Raspberry and Kool-Aid Grape flavours. The active ingredients are the same in every flavour and pack size.
- All six electrolytes
Each serving contains calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, chloride, sodium and potassium, including 320 mg of sodium and 173 mg of potassium.
- Vitamins in every serving
One serving provides 178 mg of vitamin C, 26 mg of niacin, 2 mg of vitamin B6, 69 µg of vitamin B12 and 12 mg of pantothenic acid.
- Taurine and choline
Each serving has 1000 mg of taurine and 500 mg of choline bitartrate. Choline is also listed separately at 200 mg.
- Coconut water powder and AstraGin®
The formula includes 250 mg of CocOganic® coconut fruit water powder and 25 mg of AstraGin® root extracts (Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng).
- Individual sticks
Each stick is one 6.5 g serving, so the portion is clear and easy to carry.
