NOW Foods Natural Progesterone Balancing Skin Cream with Lavender is a cream applied to the skin, supplied in an 85 g pump container. One full pump dispenses about 1.3 g of cream, which provides 20 mg of USP grade progesterone.

The scent comes from a blend of lavender, chamomile and bergamot oils with a natural vanilla fragrance. The cream contains no artificial colors or artificial fragrances, and it is not tested on animals.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: progesterone (USP grade), 20 mg per pump (about 1.3 g). Other ingredients: water (aqua), glyceryl stearate SE, glycerin, stearic acid (vegetable source), cetearyl alcohol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, sunflower seed oil, jojoba seed oil, cetearyl alcohol and cetearyl glucoside, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin, aroma blend (lavender oil, natural vanilla fragrance, chamomile flower oil, bergamot fruit oil), rosemary leaf extract, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, panthenol, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), tocopherol (vitamin E, soy-free), aloe barbadensis leaf juice powder, saw palmetto fruit extract, matricaria flower extract, citric acid.

Nutrition facts

Massage 1 pump (about 1.3 g of cream, 20 mg of progesterone) into the skin once or twice daily. Suitable smooth skin areas are the wrists, inner arms or thighs, throat, abdomen or chest. Rotate the areas you use. Premenopausal women: use for 14 days before the first day of menstruation, then discontinue and repeat. Menopausal women: use for 21 days, discontinue for 7 days and repeat. These are general recommendations and may need to be modified for individual needs.
