Osavi Multivitamins & Minerals One Daily is a food supplement in a hard capsule. Each capsule contains 12 vitamins and 8 minerals, plus carotenoids (lycopene, lutein, zeaxanthin), proanthocyanidins from grape seed extract and BioPerine® black pepper extract.
The formula is iron-free. It is gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free and GMO-free, and suitable for vegetarians. The pack holds 120 capsules, intended for one capsule a day.

One capsule contains: vitamin A 800 µg, vitamin D (D3) 10 µg, vitamin E 12 mg, vitamin C 120 mg, thiamine (vitamin B1) 2.2 mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 2.8 mg, niacin 32 mg, vitamin B6 2.8 mg, folic acid 400 µg, vitamin B12 100 µg, biotin 300 µg, pantothenic acid 12 mg, zinc 10 mg, copper 1 mg, manganese 0.5 mg, selenium 55 µg, chromium 40 µg, molybdenum 50 µg, iodine 150 µg and boron 1 mg. It also provides lycopene 1 mg, lutein 1 mg, zeaxanthin 0.2 mg, grape (Vitis vinifera) seed extract 25 mg (standardised for min. 95% proanthocyanidins) and BioPerine® black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract 2 mg (standardised for min. 95% piperine). Other ingredients: L-ascorbic acid, inulin, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), nicotinamide, zinc citrate, tomato fruit extract, D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate, calcium D-pantothenate, sodium selenite, sodium borate, retinyl acetate, cholecalciferol, marigold flower extracts, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, cupric citrate, manganese citrate, calcium-L-methylfolate, D-biotin, chromium picolinate, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate and methylcobalamin. Usage
