OstroVit EAA is an amino acid powder. It contains all ten essential amino acids, with L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-cysteine and vitamin B6 added. The body does not synthesise essential amino acids itself, so they have to come from food or supplements.
It is available in the Grapefruit and Natural flavours. The pack is 200 g and holds 20 servings. One serving is 1.5 scoops.
- All ten essential amino acids
Each serving contains L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-arginine, L-histidine and L-tryptophan.
- Branched-chain amino acids
A serving provides 2000 mg of L-leucine, 1000 mg of L-isoleucine and 1000 mg of L-valine.
- Added ingredients
Besides the amino acid blend, a serving has 550 mg of L-glutamine, 300 mg of L-tyrosine, 80 mg of L-cysteine and 0.4 mg of vitamin B6.

A serving also contains L-glutamine 550 mg, L-tyrosine 300 mg, L-cysteine 80 mg and vitamin B6 0.4 mg. The product contains low-energy sweeteners.

Usage
Dissolve one serving (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water. On training days, take one serving before a meal or workout and a second serving after training. On non-training days, take 1 serving between meals. The daily amount is 1–2 servings.
