An orange-flavoured powder drink mix with BCAAs, glutamine, citrulline, taurine and electrolytes, for use around training.

Rule One Active BCAA is a powder combining amino acids and electrolytes, in the Orange flavour. The pack is 375 g and one serving is 12.5 g.
Each serving contains 2.5 g L-leucine, 1.25 g L-valine and 1.25 g L-isoleucine, plus 1.5 g L-glutamine, 1 g L-citrulline and 1 g taurine. The formula also includes raw coconut water powder and an electrolyte blend.

Each serving has 2.5 g L-leucine, 1.25 g L-valine and 1.25 g L-isoleucine.
- Additional amino acids
Alongside the BCAAs, a serving provides 1.5 g L-glutamine, 1 g L-citrulline and 1 g taurine.

A serving contains 200 mg chloride, 120 mg sodium, 350 mg of an electrolyte blend (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide) and 350 mg raw coconut water powder.
