NOW Foods True Calm is a food supplement containing the amino acids GABA, glycine and taurine, together with inositol, B vitamins, magnesium and valerian root. The pack holds 90 capsules.
One capsule provides 200 mg of GABA, 200 mg of glycine and 200 mg of taurine. The magnesium comes as bisglycinate (TRAACS®).
- Three amino acids
One capsule contains 200 mg each of GABA, glycine and taurine.
- B vitamins
Each capsule has 45 mg of niacin (as niacinamide) and 8 mg of vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl).
- Magnesium bisglycinate
Magnesium is added as bisglycinate (TRAACS®), 6.5 mg per capsule.
- Inositol and valerian root
The capsule also contains 100 mg of inositol and 25 mg of valerian root.

One capsule contains: niacin (as niacinamide) 45 mg, vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine HCl) 8 mg, magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate, TRAACS®) 6.5 mg, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) 200 mg, glycine 200 mg, taurine 200 mg, inositol 100 mg, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root 25 mg. Other ingredients: cellulose (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Usage
Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach or just before meals.
