Naughty Boy Menace Pre-Workout Shot is a food supplement in a 60 ml bottle. One serving contains 3000 mg of beta-alanine, 2000 mg of glycerol, 1000 mg of taurine, 600 mg of choline, 250 mg of uridine monophosphate and 200 mg of caffeine anhydrous. It also provides 40 mg of niacin and 2.5 µg of vitamin B12.
The shot is HPP processed (high pressure processing), so it contains no sodium benzoate or potassium sorbate. It comes in three flavours: Candy Bubblegum, Cherry Razz and Strawberry & Mango. Each pack holds 12 bottles of 60 ml.
- A ready serving in a bottle
One 60 ml bottle is one serving. There is nothing to measure or mix; you only shake the bottle before use.

Beta-alanine is 3000 mg per serving, alongside 1000 mg of taurine.
- Glycerol and choline
