NOW Foods Men's Active Sports Multi is a food supplement supplied as 90 softgels. It is a multi-ingredient vitamin and mineral formula for men, built on an MCT oil base.
Each serving (3 softgels) provides vitamins and minerals plus an amino acid blend, ZMA®, extracts of Tribulus terrestris, Panax ginseng, maca, green tea and saw palmetto, and lutein and lycopene. One pack holds 30 servings.

One serving (3 softgels) contains vitamins A (as beta-carotene), C, D3, E, K1 and K2, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), biotin and pantothenic acid. The minerals are calcium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium and molybdenum. It also contains MCT oil 1500 mg, an amino acid blend 175 mg, Tribulus terrestris fruit extract 100 mg, ZMA® 100 mg, CardioAid®-S plant sterol esters 100 mg, Panax ginseng root extract 100 mg, maca root 50 mg, green tea leaf extract 50 mg, saw palmetto fruit extract 50 mg, alpha lipoic acid 50 mg, aloe vera leaf concentrate 50 mg, lutein and lycopene. Other ingredients: softgel capsule (bovine gelatin, BSE-free, glycerin, water, carob), beeswax and soy lecithin.
