Osavi Omega-3 Fish Oil Molecularly Distilled, 1000mg - 180 softgels is a food supplement in softgel form. Each softgel contains 1000 mg of purified fish oil, obtained mainly from anchovies caught in the Pacific Ocean.
The oil is purified by molecular distillation, and the product is made and tested to the GOED monograph. The oil used is Friend of the Sea certified.

Two softgels (one serving) contain 2000 mg of fish oil (TG 18/12), of which at least 700 mg is omega-3 fatty acids: 360 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), 240 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and 100 mg other omega-3 acids. A serving also provides 10 mg of vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate). Per serving: energy 24 kcal, fat 2.4 g of which saturates 0.7 g, carbohydrate 0.2 g, protein 0.5 g, sugars 0 g, fibre 0 g, salt 0 g.

Usage
Swallow the softgels with a glass of water. Taking two softgels with a meal is recommended.
