OstroVit BCAA + Glutamine is a food supplement in powder form. It contains three branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) – L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine – together with L-glutamine.
It comes in Lemon and Natural flavours. The 500 g pack holds 50 servings, and one serving is 10 g.
- Four amino acids in one powder
L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine and L-glutamine are combined in a single product, so you do not need to dose them separately.
- Mixable powder
A serving is stirred into 100–150 ml of water or juice. A shaker or glass and the scoop are all you need.

Usage
