Per serving (3 capsules): AstraGin 50 mg, vitamin B6 10 mg, magnesium bisglycinate 11% 2000 mg, elemental magnesium 220 mg, zinc bisglycinate 28% 40 mg, elemental zinc 11.2 mg.
