Active ingredients per serving (1 spray): vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000 IU and vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) 15 µg. Other ingredients: water, thickeners xylitol (21%) and xanthan gum, emulsifier acacia gum, MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), natural peppermint flavouring, preservative potassium sorbate, antioxidant tocopherol-rich extract, acid malic acid.

Usage
Spray once a day directly into your mouth, under the tongue. Taking it with a meal or immediately after is recommended. Shake well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3–4 times to activate it.
