Nutrex OutLift Clinical is a powder pre-workout in Fruit Punch flavour. The 636 g pack holds 22 servings, and one serving is 7.25 g.
The formula contains L-citrulline, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, branched-chain and other amino acids, taurine, and caffeine from two sources. It also contains sodium and AstraGin.
- Creatine monohydrate and beta-alanine
Each serving has 750 mg of creatine monohydrate and 800 mg of beta-alanine.
- L-citrulline at 2000 mg
L-citrulline is 2000 mg per serving, the largest single amount in the formula.
- A range of amino acids
Per serving: L-leucine 500 mg, L-isoleucine 250 mg and L-valine 250 mg, plus L-lysine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-histidine and L-tryptophan. It also has 500 mg of L-tyrosine and 500 mg of taurine.
