One scoop (12.9 g) contains 3.5 g L-citrulline, 1.6 g beta-alanine (CarnoSyn), 1.25 g anhydrous betaine, 2000 mg taurine and 188 mg caffeine (PurCaf, from green coffee beans). The formula also includes vitamin B12, tyrosine and coconut water powder. The manufacturer states that every batch is tested for banned substances (Informed Sport).
