NOW Foods ADAM Multi-Vitamin for Men is a food supplement in tablet form for adult men. The pack holds 120 tablets, and one serving is 1 tablet.
The formula combines vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, vitamin B12, zinc and selenium. It also contains saw palmetto berry, lycopene, lutein, CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid and resveratrol.

- A wide range of vitamins and minerals
Each tablet contains vitamins A, C, D, E and K, B vitamins, folate, biotin and choline, plus minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, iodine and chromium.
- Plant extracts and antioxidants
One tablet provides 80 mg of saw palmetto berry, 25 mg of alpha lipoic acid, 7.5 mg of CoQ10, 1.5 mg of lycopene and 250 µg of lutein.
- Bisglycinate minerals and methylcobalamin
Zinc, copper and manganese are in bisglycinate form (TRAACS™). Vitamin B12 comes as methylcobalamin, at 125 µg.
- Vegetarian coating
The tablet coating is plant-based. According to the manufacturer, the product is not made with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.

One tablet contains: vitamin A (as beta-carotene) 1500 µg, vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate) 125 mg, vitamin D (as ergocalciferol) 12.5 µg, vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 50 mg, vitamin K1 (as phytonadione) 17.5 µg, vitamin K2 (as menaquinone) 22.5 µg, thiamin 12.5 mg, riboflavin 12.5 mg, niacin 17.5 mg, vitamin B6 12.5 mg, folate 340 µg DFE, vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 125 µg, biotin 150 µg, pantothenic acid 25 mg and choline 12.5 mg. Minerals: calcium 25 mg, iodine 75 µg, magnesium 12.5 mg, zinc 15 mg, selenium 100 µg, copper 0.25 mg, manganese 1 mg, chromium 100 µg, molybdenum 37.5 µg and potassium 12.5 mg.
