It contains vitamins and minerals, including folate as 5-MTHF, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, choline, and iron, zinc and magnesium as glycinate chelates.
- Broad range of vitamins and minerals
One serving provides vitamins A, C, D, E and K2, B vitamins, choline and minerals including iron, iodine, selenium and zinc.

Folate comes as Quatrefolic®, the methylated form ([6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolate).
