Two capsules contain 2000 µg biotin, 45 mg magnesium, 500 mg caprylic acid, 300 mg pau d'arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa) bark, 300 mg black walnut (Juglans nigra) hull and 200 mg oregano (Origanum vulgare) oil powder. A serving also has 0.5 g fat, of which 0.5 g is saturates, and 1 g carbohydrate. Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.
