NOW Foods Hair, Skin & Nails is a food supplement in cellulose capsules, 90 capsules per pack. One serving is 3 capsules.
It contains vitamins and minerals: vitamins A, C, E, B1, B2, B6 and B12, niacin, folate, biotin, pantothenic acid, zinc and copper. It also has solubilized keratin (Cynatine® HNS), MSM, beef gelatin, horsetail, L-proline, hyaluronic acid, choline and inositol.
- Keratin and MSM
Each serving has 500 mg of solubilized keratin (Cynatine® HNS) and 500 mg of MSM.
- Vitamins and minerals in capsules
A serving provides 60 mg of vitamin C, 20 mg of vitamin E, 15 mg of zinc and 2 mg of copper. Zinc and copper are in bisglycinate form.
- B-vitamin range
A serving has 10 mg each of thiamin and riboflavin, 18 mg of niacin, 14 mg of pantothenic acid and 2 mg of vitamin B6. Vitamin B12 is in the form of methylcobalamin.
- Additional ingredients
Each serving also contains 200 mg of beef gelatin, 100 mg of horsetail aerial parts, 100 mg of L-proline, 50 mg of hyaluronic acid, 25 mg of choline and 25 mg of inositol.
