Allnutrition Collagen Pro is a food supplement in capsule form. One serving (3 capsules) contains 1200 mg of type II collagen hydrolysate, 300 mg of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), 300 mg of L-cysteine, plus 150 mg of glucosamine sulphate and 150 mg of chondroitin sulphate.
The formula also includes hyaluronic acid, ginger, turmeric, boswellia and capsicum extracts, ground cinnamon, calcium, vitamin C, manganese, vitamin D and vitamin K. The pack holds 180 capsules, or 60 servings.
- Type II collagen hydrolysate
One serving provides 1200 mg of collagen hydrolysate, the largest single ingredient in the formula.
- Glucosamine and chondroitin
Each serving has 150 mg of glucosamine sulphate (2KCl) and 150 mg of chondroitin sulphate, together with 25 mg of hyaluronic acid.
- Amino acids and MSM
The formula contains 300 mg of methylsulfonylmethane, 300 mg of L-cysteine and 45 mg of L-methionine.
- Plant extracts
A serving has 25 mg of ginger extract (standardised to 5% gingerols), 25 mg of turmeric, 25 mg of ground cinnamon, 13 mg of boswellia resin extract (standardised to 60% boswellic acid) and 5 mg of capsicum extract.
- Vitamins and minerals
Each serving contains 60 mg of calcium, 45 mg of vitamin C, 0.9 mg of manganese, 35 µg of vitamin K (K2 MK-7) and 25 µg of vitamin D.

Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) is from lanolin; vitamin K2 (MK-7) is produced with Bacillus subtilis natto (soy). Capsule shell: gelatine, colouring agents iron oxides and hydroxides. Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
