Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega 2X with Vitamin D3, 2150mg Lemon is a fish-oil food supplement in softgels. A serving is 2 softgels and contains 2150 mg of total omega-3s, of which 1125 mg is EPA and 875 mg is DHA.
Each serving also provides 25 µg of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). The oil comes from wild-caught sardines and anchovies, and the softgels are lemon-flavoured.
