Jarrow Formulas Alpha Lipoic Sustain with Biotin is a food supplement in tablet form. Each tablet contains 300 mg of alpha lipoic acid (thioctic acid) and 330 µg of biotin as d-biotin.
The tablet has two layers: one third quick release and two thirds sustained release. The pack holds 120 tablets.

Each tablet contains 330 µg of biotin (as d-biotin) and 300 mg of alpha lipoic acid (thioctic acid). Other ingredients: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, glyceryl behenate, stearic acid (vegetable source), beet root powder (colour), natural flavour, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), carbomer, silicon dioxide and coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, stearic acid [vegetable source]).
