BetterYou Vitamin D, 3000 IU Daily Oral Spray is a vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) oral spray in a 15 ml bottle. Each spray contains 3000 IU, which is 75 µg of vitamin D3.
The pump releases the active ingredient as fine droplets, designed to coat the inside of the mouth, in particular the inner cheek. The bottle holds 100 daily servings and is flavoured with natural peppermint oil.

The active ingredient is vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 75 µg (3000 IU) per spray. Other ingredients: water, bulking agent xylitol, emulsifiers (gum arabic and sunflower lecithins), acidity regulator citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate, and flavouring (natural peppermint oil).

Usage
Adults: use 1 spray daily. On first use, press the pump 3 times to start the liquid flowing. Shake well before each use. Spray carefully into the mouth, preferably on the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing any excess liquid. Screw the cap back on after use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. It is advisable to have a 25-(OH)D blood test and to discuss the results with a doctor or pharmacist before use. The product is intended for healthy persons.
