Olimp Nutrition Endugen is a pre-workout supplement in a pack of 60 capsules. One serving is 2 capsules, giving 30 servings per pack.
The formula contains beta-alanine (1100 mg), sodium bicarbonate (650 mg), potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, taurine, Korean Panax ginseng root extract, guarana seed extract, anhydrous caffeine and cayenne pepper fruit extract. It also includes magnesium, vitamins B2, B6 and B12, and niacin.
- More than one caffeine source
The formula has anhydrous caffeine (50 mg) and guarana seed extract (35.2 mg, 22% caffeine). Total caffeine is 67.6 mg per 2 capsules.
- Standardised plant extracts
The Korean ginseng root extract (100 mg) contains 7% ginsenosides. The cayenne pepper extract (6 mg) contains 8% capsaicin.
- Amino acids and related compounds
The formula includes beta-alanine (1100 mg), L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (200 mg) and taurine (100 mg).
- Magnesium and B vitamins
It provides magnesium (75.4 mg), partly as Albion™ magnesium bisglycinate chelate, plus riboflavin (0.7 mg), niacin (8 mg), vitamin B6 (0.7 mg) and vitamin B12 (1.25 µg).

Usage
Take 2–4 capsules daily, about 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose or 400 mg daily from all sources. Do not take before bedtime.

Do not use before bedtime or in the hours immediately before sleep. Some people may feel tingling or numbness after taking it; this is temporary and linked to beta-alanine.
