Garden of Life Mykind Ashwagandha is a food supplement in a pack of 60 vegan tablets. Each tablet contains 600 mg of organic ashwagandha root extract (withanolides), 50 mg of organic fermented ginger root and 4 mg of a probiotic blend.
The probiotic blend consists of Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04 and Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14. The herbal ingredients in the Mykind range are grown without pesticides, herbicides or fungicides, and no harsh chemicals are used in extraction.
