Garden of Life Vitamin Code 50 & Wiser Women is a RAW-formulated vitamins and minerals food supplement for women aged 50 and over. It contains more than 20 fruits and vegetables, enzymes and a probiotic blend.

Ingredients

One serving (4 capsules) contains vitamin A (as beta-carotene), vitamin C 90 mg, vitamin D3, vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol from sunflower oil) 15 mg, vitamin K1 and vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-4), thiamin 3.24 mg, riboflavin 3.12 mg, niacin (as niacinamide) 16 mg, vitamin B6 3.4 mg, folate, vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), biotin and pantothenic acid 10 mg. It also provides iodine (from organic sea kelp), zinc (from brown rice chelate) 7.7 mg, selenium, manganese (from brown rice chelate) 2.3 mg, chromium, molybdenum and boron 1 mg. Most vitamins and minerals come from a culture of S. cerevisiae. A serving also includes 706 mg of RAW organic fruit and vegetable blend, 40 mg of RAW probiotic and enzyme blend and 10 mg of Raw antioxidant and immune support complex.
