Olimp Nutrition BCAA 20:1:1 Xplode is a food supplement in the form of an amino acid powder. One serving is 7.2 g, or one scoop. It contains 5 g of L-leucine, 0.23 g of L-valine and 0.23 g of L-isoleucine, which gives the 20:1:1 ratio.
Each serving also provides 1 g of L-citrulline, along with magnesium, zinc, sodium and vitamin B6. The powder comes in Cola, Grapefruit and Pear flavours. A pack holds 69 servings.
