Skill Nutrition EAA + Electrolytes is a food supplement in powder form that combines essential amino acids and electrolytes. One serving provides 6.5 g of essential amino acids, including 3.8 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio, plus 1000 mg of L-glutamine and the patented plant ingredient AstraGin.
The electrolyte complex includes magnesium, among others. Each pack holds 30 servings, and the powder comes in Mango, Orange, Pink Lemonade and Raspberry flavours.
- Essential amino acids
Each serving has 6.5 g of essential amino acids, including 3.8 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio.
- Electrolytes
The formula includes sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chlorides. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal water-electrolyte balance.
- L-glutamine
One serving contains 1000 mg of L-glutamine.
