OstroVit Vitamin D3 + K2 Calcium is a food supplement in tablet form. One serving (2 tablets) contains 750 mg of calcium, 50 µg of vitamin D as cholecalciferol and 100 µg of vitamin K as menaquinone-7 (MK-7).
The calcium comes from calcium carbonate. The pack holds 90 tablets, which makes 45 servings.

Ingredients
Active ingredients per serving (2 tablets): calcium 750 mg (as calcium carbonate), vitamin K 100 µg (vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7) and vitamin D 50 µg (vitamin D3, cholecalciferol). Other ingredients: bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, starch, anticaking agent silicon dioxide.

Usage
Take 1 serving (2 tablets) daily before meals. Before use, it is advisable to have a 25-(OH)D blood test and to consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant or nursing women, or people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Manufactured in a facility that uses ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.
