The formula contains vitamins A, C, D, E and K2, several B vitamins and minerals including iron, iodine, zinc and magnesium. Vitamin K2 is menaquinone-7 (NattoMK7), chromium is chromium picolinate (Chromax) and vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin.
- Mixed vitamin E forms
Vitamin E comes as RRR-α-tocopheryl succinate plus natural mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols, 15 mg per serving.

Each serving has 120 mcg of vitamin K2 in the NattoMK7 form.
- Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin
Vitamin B12 is 2.4 mcg per serving, from methylcobalamin.
